Total Divas was formed in September 2013, after she had won the tag-team match 7-on-7 with True Divas. Mendes won the match. The winner was her title of Divas Champion in February's Elimination Chamber, where she defeated AJ Lee. She took on Lee another time during the same show and lost her title. Then, Ariana faced Lee for the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational title which was as well won by Lee. Summer Rae, Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes accompanied the contest to play a six-on-1 handicap against Nikki Bella. The trio only arrived to take on Nikki Bella. The Battleground show gave her a fight with Naomi. Ariana defeated Naomi in that match. Then, the competition started between them. Through the summer they engaged in several handicap singles and tag match matches. Throughout the summer of 2015 Ariana wrestled alongside fellow wrestlers Alicia Fox Paige Bella Twins as well as Asuka. WWE confirmed in 2016 that Ariana's contract was cut off after two consecutive months without activity. Arina was a part of WWE NXT after her resignation from WWE.
